چندساحتی و تراز دستگاه تعلیم و تربیت نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران مطابق با اسناد بالادستی، برنامۀ درس ملی و سند تحول بنیادین نظام آموزش و پرورش، به ضرورت چند سالی است که علاوه بر جذب دانشجومعلم از طریق مراکز تابعۀ خود و دانشگاه تربیت دبیر شهید رجائی، و در کشور برای تکمیل ظرفیت نیروی انسانی اقدام به جذب از طریق مادۀ 28 (مهارت&zwnj;آموز) از میان فارغ&zwnj;التحصیلان سایر دانشگاه&zwnj;ها در مقاطع لیسانس، فوق لیسانس و دکتری پرداخته است. در این میان برای تجهیز علمی و مهارتی نومعلمان ورودی که از این طریق جذب آموزش و پرورش می&zwnj;شوند در دو پودمان مهارتی اصول و فنون معلمی را آموزش می&zwnj;بینند. در همین راستا برای تحقق اهداف دانشگاه برای آماده&zwnj;سازی معلمان مهارت&zwnj;آموز، مرکز آموزش عالی شهدای مکه با برخورداری از حمایت&zwnj;ها و رهنمودهای مدیریت دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان اقدام به مصاحبه، جذب و آموزش گروه هدف پرداخته است. در اینجا از&nbsp;مدیر محترم گروه آموزش زبان و ادبیات فارسی، جناب آقای دکتر دلیر که مسئولیت برگزاری این دوره از ابتدای مهرماه به عهدۀ ایشان است کمال تشکر را
